Adani Foundation donates ₹100 crore for Young India Skills University in Telangana
In a significant boost to Telangana's efforts in youth empowerment and skill development, the Adani Foundation has pledged a ₹100 crore donation towards the establishment of the Young India Skills University. The donation was handed over by Mr. Gautam Adani, Chairperson of the Adani Group, during a meeting with Telangana Chief Minister K. Revanth Reddy.
During the meeting, Mr. Adani assured the state's leadership of continued support for various initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of young people in Telangana. The collaboration is expected to significantly strengthen the state's vocational training infrastructure and employment readiness programs.
The Young India Skills University will serve as a hub for innovative learning and skill development, equipping the youth with the competencies needed to thrive in today's competitive job market.
