Twelve killed, including 8 children, in tragic bus-tempo collision in Rajasthan's Dholpur

A high-speed sleeper bus collided with a tempo near Sumipur in Dholpur, Rajasthan, claiming the lives of 12 people, including a couple and eight children, late Saturday night

A tragic accident in Rajasthan's Dholpur district late Saturday night claimed the lives of 12 people, including eight children, in a fatal collision between a bus and a tempo. The accident occurred when a speeding sleeper coach, traveling from Gwalior to Jaipur, struck the tempo near Sumipur.

The victims, identified as Irfan alias Bunty (38), his wife Julie (34), their children Asma (14) and Salman (8), along with Parveen (32), Zareena (35), Saqir (6), Sanif (9), Ajaan (5), Aashiyaana (10), Sufi (7), and Danish (10), tragically lost their lives in the crash, according to SHO Shivlahari Meena of the Bari police station.

Authorities are investigating the incident as families mourn the loss of their loved ones in this devastating accident.
