'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign
The 2026 edition of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is being observed during August, with citizens encouraged to hoist the national flag at their homes as part of the Independence Day celebrations.
The campaign aims to take the Tricolour beyond official events and encourage people to participate in the celebrations from their homes.
With August 15 approaching, the initiative is once again seeking participation from citizens across the country. The campaign's focus remains on encouraging households to display the national flag and mark Independence Day while remembering the contribution of freedom fighters.
