SM Khan, former Press Secretary to President Kalam, passes away At 67

S M Khan, a retired Indian Information Services officer and Press Secretary to former President A P J Abdul Kalam, passed away in New Delhi on Sunday. He was 67. Khan, who also served as the CBI spokesperson from 1989 to 2002, died at a private hospital in Saket. According to his family members, the burial will take place on Monday afternoon at his family graveyard in Khurja (Bulandshahr, UP). Khan, a 1982-batch IIS officer, had a long association with the CBI as its spokesperson.
