'No reply from your end'; Mamata Banerjee writes second letter to PM Modi over doctor's death

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has sent a second letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging immediate action following the brutal rape and murder of a post-graduate trainee doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Instead, she received a standard reply from the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development, which she felt was insufficient given the gravity of the situation.
