Ducati launches XDiavel V4 in India; prices start at ₹30.88 lakh

Ducati has launched its all-new XDiavel V4 in India, expanding its luxury performance cruiser portfolio with a model that blends aggressive power with long-distance comfort.

Positioned as a “Sport Cruiser”, the XDiavel V4 comes powered by Ducati’s 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine, producing 168 hp and 12.8 kgm of torque. The engine features technology inspired by Ducati’s MotoGP programme, including a counter-rotating crankshaft for improved agility and an extended cylinder deactivation system to enhance efficiency. Major service intervals are scheduled at 60,000 km.

The motorcycle features a striking design highlighted by muscular bodywork, a four-exit exhaust, single-sided swingarm, redesigned alloy wheels, and full-LED lighting with Ducati’s signature DRL elements. Ducati has also revised ergonomics, offering a lower 770 mm seat, repositioned handlebar, improved rear suspension travel and a significantly more comfortable pillion seat. The bike can be further customized for sport or touring use with factory kits and accessories.

Built on a lightweight chassis, the XDiavel V4 weighs 229 kg (kerb) and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in under three seconds. Braking performance is backed by 330 mm discs and Brembo Stylema calipers with advanced ABS calibration.

The motorcycle is equipped with a comprehensive electronics suite, including multiple riding and power modes, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, cruise control, Ducati Quick Shift, launch control and a 6.9-inch TFT instrument display with smartphone connectivity and optional navigation support.

Touring-focused riders can opt for semi-rigid panniers, taller windshields, comfort seats, and additional personalization options including carbon components, forged wheels, and performance exhausts.

The Ducati XDiavel V4 is available in two metallic finishes — Burning Red and Black Lava — priced at ₹30,88,700 and ₹31,19,700 (ex-showroom India) respectively.
