Vicky Kaushal has unveiled his first look from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited film ‘Love & War’, giving fans a glimpse of his intense and rugged character.

The actor shared the poster on Instagram on Saturday. In the first look, Vicky is seen lighting a cigarette while staring ahead with an intense expression. His rugged appearance is further highlighted by visible scars across his face, adding to the mystery surrounding his character.

Vicky’s first collaboration with Bhansali

‘Love & War’ marks Vicky Kaushal’s first collaboration with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film brings together Vicky, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles for the first time in a Bhansali directorial.

The makers had earlier unveiled the first looks of Ranbir and Alia from the film.

Ranbir’s poster showed him sitting inside a car with a serious expression. The actor sported a rugged appearance, with a blood-stained sleeve and a bullet mark visible on his shirt.

Alia Bhatt’s character poster presented her in a markedly different look. The actress was seen in a glamorous cabaret-inspired avatar, combining a confident appearance with an old-school aesthetic.

With the three character posters now out, the film has offered glimpses of the distinct worlds of its central characters, though details about their roles remain under wraps.

‘Love & War’ release date

The film has undergone multiple changes to its release schedule. It was initially expected to arrive during Christmas 2025 before being pushed to March 2026.

The release was later postponed again, with the film now scheduled to hit theatres on January 21, 2027.

With Vicky’s first look now unveiled, ‘Love & War’ has given audiences another glimpse into the film ahead of its theatrical release.
