Limp Bizkit to make India debut at Lollapalooza 2027 with Olivia Dean, KATSEYE

The two-day festival will be held on January 23 and 24, 2027, at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Race Course, featuring more than 20 hours of live music across four stages

Grammy-winning singer Olivia Dean and global girl group KATSEYE are set to make their India debut at Lollapalooza India 2027, with the music festival unveiling its complete lineup for its fifth edition on Thursday. The two-day festival will be held on January 23 and 24, 2027, at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Race Course, featuring more than 20 hours of live music across four stages. Dean and American nu-metal band Limp Bizkit will headline the festival, while KATSEYE, Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer and Irish rock act Fontaines D.C. are among the other major international names on the bill. Several of the international acts, including Dean, KATSEYE, Limp Bizkit, 5 Seconds of Summer and Fontaines D.C., will be performing in India for the first time.

KATSEYE heads to India

KATSEYE’s appearance is expected to be one of the major attractions of the 2027 edition, particularly because the group includes Indian-origin singer Lara Raj. The HYBE x Geffen girl group has rapidly built an international following and will make its first confirmed appearance in India at Lollapalooza. Lara’s sister and pop singer Rhea Raj is also part of the festival lineup as a separate performer.

Dean, meanwhile, arrives in India after winning the Grammy Award for Best New Artist earlier this year. She had fuelled speculation about an India performance before the official announcement by sharing an Indian flag emoji and teasing fans with the message, “See you soon?” Other international performers include St. Vincent, Swedish DJ and producer Steve Angello, Japanese DJ-producer Yousuke Yukimatsu and The Police drummer Stewart Copeland, who will perform alongside Indian composer Ricky Kej.

Indian acts join lineup

The Indian contingent includes Anuv Jain, Aditya Gadhvi, Indian Ocean, Blackstratblues, Kayan, The Manganiyar Seduction, Scribe, Swadesi, Yashraj, Varijashree Venugopal and several other independent artists. More than 40 acts are part of the lineup, spanning pop, rock, R&B, electronic music, indie, folk and alternative genres.

Tickets for the festival are already on sale. General Access weekend passes are priced at Rs 7,999, while Lolla Comfort tickets cost Rs 10,999. Lolla VIP passes are available for Rs 17,999, with higher-end ticket categories priced at Rs 31,999 and Rs 49,999. Early-bird tickets have already sold out. All categories provide access to both festival days, while premium tiers offer additional facilities including dedicated seating, air-conditioned areas, hospitality services, curated food options and other benefits.

The 2027 edition marks five years of Lollapalooza in India after the international music festival made its debut in Mumbai in 2023.
