Jennifer Lopez reveals 'Scary' Encounter with AI in 'Atlas'

Jennifer Lopez, who portrays a data analyst in her latest film "Atlas," revealed her unsettling experience with artificial intelligence (AI), where skincare ads utilized manipulated images of her face without her knowledge.

Expressing her concerns at the Los Angeles premiere of "Atlas," Lopez emphasized the dual nature of technological advancements depicted in the Netflix movie.

Discussing the unsettling experience of seeing skincare advertisements featuring her face altered to appear with wrinkles without her consent, Lopez highlighted the darker side of AI. She stressed the importance of respecting AI while remaining open to its possibilities.

In "Atlas," Lopez takes on the role of Atlas Shepherd, a skilled yet distrustful data analyst, who embarks on a mission to capture a rogue robot alongside Simu Liu's character, with whom she shares a mysterious connection.

As the plot unfolds, Atlas finds herself forced to rely on AI to save humanity's future when their plans encounter obstacles.
