Drishyam 3 crosses ₹300 crore net in India
According to Sacnilk, Drishyam: The Conclusion collected ₹176.50 crore net in India over its opening weekend, securing one of the biggest starts for a Hindi film. Its opening weekend ranked seventh among Hindi releases, coming close to the figures recorded by Sultan while surpassing the opening-weekend collections of War and Tiger 3.
The film ended its first week with domestic net earnings of around ₹245.50 crore. Collections declined moderately during the weekdays, but the second Friday brought in ₹14.50 crore. This took its domestic net collection to around ₹309.50 crore by the end of day 10. Its India gross stood at approximately ₹371.40 crore, while overseas earnings reached ₹109 crore after a further ₹6 crore on Sunday.
With these figures, the film's worldwide gross collection reached approximately ₹480.40 crore, leaving it within touching distance of the ₹500 crore milestone. Its day 10 domestic net collection was lower than Saturday's ₹26.50 crore, reflecting a decline of around 13%.
Ajay Devgn film ranks second among 2026's biggest Hindi releases
Drishyam: The Conclusion has surpassed the worldwide collections of Border 2, starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh, and Hanuman Ansh. The film has therefore moved into second place among the highest-grossing Hindi releases of 2026 so far.
It remains behind Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, which has reportedly earned more than ₹1,800 crore worldwide.
The film's performance has also established a new career milestone for Devgn. It has surpassed the worldwide earnings of his earlier hits, including Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior and Singham Again, making it his highest-grossing film globally, based on the latest trade estimates.
Although its overseas business has been comparatively more restrained than its domestic performance, the film has continued to attract audiences in international markets, contributing to its rapid rise towards the ₹500 crore mark.
About Drishyam: The Conclusion
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, Drishyam: The Conclusion brings Devgn back as Vijay Salgaonkar, alongside Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav and Kamlesh Sawant. Saurabh Shukla also reprises his role from the second instalment in a cameo. Jaideep Ahlawat features as police officer Rajveer, while Prakash Raj is also part of the cast.
The story picks up six months after the events of Drishyam 2. Vijay and his family, including his wife Nandini, played by Shriya Saran, and daughters Anju and Anu, continue to live under the shadow of the earlier murder case as they wait for the legal proceedings to reach a permanent conclusion.
The situation changes when Rajveer reopens the cold case with renewed determination. His investigation focuses on the local police station where Sam's body was buried beneath the foundation years earlier, as he searches for fresh DNA evidence and other physical proof.
The narrative builds towards a high-stakes confrontation between Vijay and Rajveer, combining a battle of egos with a courtroom and investigative showdown. The film brings the franchise's central conflict to a definitive conclusion, with Vijay once again attempting to protect his family from the consequences of the past.
