A fire broke out at a car showroom on Jessore Road in West Bengal’s Madhyamgram in the early hours of Monday, police said.
There were no reports of any fatality or injury in the blaze that broke out around 4.45 am in the North 24-Parganas district, they said.
Eight fire tenders took around three hours to douse the flames, a police officer said.
“The cooling process is underway at present. The exact cause of the fire can be ascertained after a probe,” he said.
