Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday invited industrialists and entrepreneurs from Gujarat to invest in the state, asserting that Gujarat's entrepreneurial capabilities and Haryana's established industrial network could create fresh opportunities for economic growth and business expansion.
Addressing an investor roadshow in Gandhinagar on the second day of his Gujarat visit, Saini described Haryana as a reliable partner for businesses looking to expand their operations. He urged investors to explore opportunities in manufacturing, technology, logistics, warehousing and allied sectors.
The Chief Minister said Haryana offered a combination of strategic location, industrial infrastructure and access to major consumer markets, making it an attractive destination for companies planning new manufacturing facilities, corporate offices and technology centres.
He also praised Gujarat's industrial achievements, citing Surat's diamond and textile industries, Ahmedabad's manufacturing base and the state's strong presence in chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Highlighting Haryana's geographical position, Saini said nearly 57 per cent of the state's area fell within the National Capital Region (NCR), providing industries with access to major markets and business centres.
He pointed to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and important industrial corridors as infrastructure assets that strengthened connectivity with commercial hubs across the country.
Access to airports in Delhi, Chandigarh and Noida also facilitated the movement of investors, employees and business partners, he said.
According to Saini, efficient transportation, reliable supply chains and timely product delivery were essential for industrial competitiveness, and Haryana's location offered advantages in all three areas.

The Chief Minister said Haryana currently had 56 industrial estates and was working towards developing micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) clusters across 143 blocks.
He maintained that large industrial investments would not only generate direct employment but also create business opportunities for local suppliers, transport operators, packaging units and enterprises providing maintenance and technical services.
Saini said the government's objective was to ensure that industrial growth benefited young people, workers and small entrepreneurs, while enabling local businesses to become part of larger domestic and international supply chains.
He urged Gujarat-based companies to consider Haryana for expanding their manufacturing operations and developing new industrial partnerships.

Referring to Haryana's expanding technology sector, Saini said Gurugram had become a major centre for information technology, digital services and multinational corporate operations.
He claimed that the city housed offices of more than 250 Fortune 500 companies, approximately 270 Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and 19 unicorn companies.
These figures, he said, demonstrated Haryana's growing appeal to technology-driven enterprises and companies seeking locations for global business operations.
The Chief Minister added that automobile and machinery manufacturers could benefit from the state's existing industrial ecosystem, while companies operating in textiles, electronics, pharmaceuticals and solar energy could explore opportunities for establishing new production units.
He also identified logistics, warehousing and industrial infrastructure as sectors offering considerable investment potential.

Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh, who also addressed the gathering, highlighted the state's new industrial policy and the incentives available to prospective investors.
He described the policy as among the best in the country, saying it had been formulated after considering suggestions from industrialists to address practical business requirements and challenges.
Singh said the policy offered subsidies and incentives intended to encourage industrial expansion and attract fresh investment.
Assuring entrepreneurs of government support, he urged Gujarat's business community to establish operations in Haryana and participate in the state's industrial development.
The roadshow formed part of Haryana's efforts to attract investments from established industrial centres and strengthen its position as a manufacturing, logistics and technology destination.
