India's young left-arm spinner Vaishnavi Sharma made a remarkable leap of 53 places to reach 94th position in the latest ICC Women's ODI bowling rankings released on Tuesday, following her impressive performance in the three-match series against Zimbabwe.
The 20-year-old emerged as one of the biggest gainers in the rankings after claiming nine wickets in the final two matches, helping India complete a 3-0 clean sweep in the ICC Women's Championship series.
Vaishnavi picked up four wickets in the second ODI before producing a match-winning five-wicket haul in the third and final encounter, returning figures of 5/39 in just her third appearance in the format.
Her performance earned her the Player of the Match award and marked a significant milestone in her international career.

Vaishnavi's impressive showing against Zimbabwe saw her break into the top 100 of the ODI bowling rankings.
The spinner had claimed four wickets for 39 runs in the second ODI before repeating the same economy-defying consistency in the series finale, where she dismissed five batters while conceding 39 runs.
Her maiden ODI five-wicket haul helped India restrict Zimbabwe to 131 runs in the final match at Vadodara.
The performance was particularly significant as Vaishnavi had entered the series without an ODI wicket, having made her debut during India's tour of Australia earlier this year.

India's bowling attack registered further gains in the latest rankings, with pacer Sayali Satghare climbing 18 places to reach 85th position.
Satghare delivered a disciplined performance in the final ODI, taking two wickets for just 11 runs in six overs. Her spell included 30 dot balls and played an important role in restricting Zimbabwe to a modest total.
Another Indian bowler, Kranti Gaud, moved up one place to 24th after claiming two wickets in the final match.
Among Zimbabwe's bowlers, Nomvelo Sibanda gained two places to reach 60th position. She provided an early breakthrough in the series finale by dismissing Yastika Bhatia off the first delivery of India's innings.

India opener Pratika Rawal climbed three places to 18th in the ODI batting rankings following a consistent series against Zimbabwe.
Rawal registered three consecutive scores of 50 or more, including an unbeaten century in the opening ODI. Her performances helped India maintain its dominance throughout the series.
Shafali Verma also made progress, jumping eight places to joint 65th after scoring an attacking 51 in the final ODI.
Zimbabwe's Modester Mupachikwa moved up three places to 36th after scoring 37 runs in the series finale, while captain Josephine Nkomo climbed two positions to 49th.
The latest ICC rankings reflected India's commanding performance against Zimbabwe, with several players benefiting from their contributions during the three-match series.
