Designed for those seeking a mid-day escape into the heart of ethnic Asian cuisine, the menu is priced at ₹1,350 plus taxes per person and includes a complimentary lime water or watermelon juice.
Known for its rich ambiance, ancient temple-inspired interiors, and a heritage steeped in Asian gastronomic tradition, The Spice Route promises a lunch that goes beyond the ordinary. Diners will begin with an assortment of Rice Crackers and Cassava Chips, setting the tone for an exotic meal. Appetizer options include a refreshing Thai Mango Salad with Ginger Vinaigrette or Rujak Tofu Pockets served with a tangy Javanese sauce.
The main course features three options paired with fragrant rice — Thai Green Curry with fresh vegetables, the creamy South Indian Malabar Curry, or Nadan Khozy, a traditional Kerala-style chicken curry. The meal concludes on a sweet note with Mango Chia Pudding featuring a mango sphere or Che Thai, a delicate coconut milk dessert with water chestnuts.
